In a weird way, this makes me feel a little better about seeing our timeline for the BLA slip yet again. I was becoming concerned that the worst-case scenario was playing out — that crucial data (e.g., R/O data) was missing or unusable and that the BLA would never be filed. But now I see that the delay is (at least in part) a result of our dispute with the CRO, which, however annoying, is a relatively straightforward matter that will undoubtedly be resolved through arbitration and/or injunctive relief.
