what a sh!$% show. now i understand the delay behind the BLA process - these guys are holding data that we need. Sure, we'll win the lawsuit - but how long does that take? meanwhile, they have data that we need to complete our filing?
i'm long, never sold a share. but amarex has clearly #$%ed up. and we hired them. so yeah - it's on them. but also on us.
