With arbitration ongoing to settle the matter of payment I would expect the judge to order the turnover of data. After arbitration I wonder if Cytodyn will file a lawsuit for the costs incurred by not having a proper BLA prepared by Amarex. That amount could dwarf anything owed to Amarex.
