In terms of an award for damages, one would have to read the actual MSA (Master Services Agreement) to know if damages could be awarded or not.
Many times, when it comes to arbitration, there will be a clause saying that an arbitrator cannot award damages. Sometimes they can. Without seeing the actual MSA, it is just speculation.
