I apologize for starting the ruckus over the proposed injunction in Cytodyn’s suit against Amarex.
Upon downloading the 22 document files regarding the Cytodyn suit against Amarex, I saw the title of the document (which I then posted) “ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF CYTODYN MOTION FOR A PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION” and read right past the important verbiage “proposed”.
I generally refrain from commenting on legal documents, as the specific meanings for legal terms are often pitfalls for the rest of us.
Again, I am sorry for wasting a lot of everyone’s time and energy tomorrow.
