I believe that CytoDyn also filed an arbitration against Amerex to determine the amount owing, if any. This court part is merely the injunction to obtain the withheld data. CytoDyn is being the aggressor on both counts, which I am happy they are doing, part of the Sidley Austin new legal approach.
