Most government agencies with few exceptions are fundamentally flawed/broken/useless. The SEC looking at the spectacular rise and subsequent fall of the SP from $3.00 to $10,00 literally overnight... should be an entry point for an SEC investigation...given the plentiful boasting and posting of information...Investors were butchered...and bloody after that debacle.
