Is nobody troubled by the pattern of failed business and employee relationships?
In almost 4 years I have been invested, we have hired several credentialed executives with much hype, only to have them disappear and be terminated. At the same time, this is at least 3 major business relationships that have ended up in the courts. Are we making bad hires/ partnerships, or are we failing to live up to our part of the deal?
