"As of August 9, 2021, there were 67,520,919 shares of common stock, $0.0001 par value per share, outstanding."
That was a Monday. On the Friday before you had 65,623,405. Do you remember if your chart is the day after close?
What makes this hard to figure out is like most companies, it's fluid
You had preferred shares getting converted to common (good thing, but I forget when), warrants getting converted, grants exercised, etc. What gets counted and when and how is a challenge to keep track of.
Most sites are historically not correct or updated timely
It's why I look at 3 different sites even to figure out institutional ownership as an example and even then, I go back and look at the 13Fs to verify.
Be nice to find one that is most accurate and then check it with the Verb filings. I'll keep an eye on otcmarkets, but maybe you already found it to be the best. Etrade certainly is late to update.
