No business was done in Houston anymore presumably except for official board meetings-which can be changed as to location-so why keep paying rent on a Houston office if they still had one.

No business will be done in Nevada's office either -the business is done at the mine or Ensenada or San Diego (which you can easily infer from fall 2010 PR's Bob wanted official HQ move to but apparently other family members objected to such a move as then non operational members were still domiciled in Houston area-just pure logic.

The address logically is the home of 1 of the officers or somebody else related. Las Vegas is the closest you can get in Nevada to Ensenada.
