I know you're not my biggest fan, but try to have an open mind with this thought...
I think you're pretty correct on most of what you said in your post. HOWEVER what I am 100% sure will not be discussed on this board is anything that was brought up in this morning's release that is the least bit critical of NP and crew that may actually be TRUE. For one, I still believe that the salary of the board members is GROSSLY out of line with their lack of success and the rather dire financial state of CYDY.
This is why I say that we, as shareholders, need to hold the board accountable. They have ZERO fear of being replaced (13d sucks) or reprimanded (except by a judge who found against them) because there is no outcry from current shareholders about anything. I think that most here believe that as long as Brazil comes through (it used to be the BLA for 2 years but now that's probably NEVER going to happen), then all will be forgiven. That's a very "the ends justify the means" kind of attitude, not one that anyone in power has the slightest concern about as they pocket their almost $1 million per month no matter how much the share price drops.
