Here are my two cents in regards to your questions.
1) I do not think that the holiday season would affect such clinicals trials at all. Hospitals operate on a 24/7/365 basis, so why would the holiday season affect clinical trials.
2) According to my understanding, there would only be two sets of trials, one in the US (that Bintai Kinden is paying for) and one in China.
3) Regarding the trials being parallel, I think China would be much quicker, because they could conduct the trials on "fast track", while NGIO in the US will have to do the trials the ordinary way in terms of FDA review and approval for the next stage of the trials. So my guess would be that the China trials would get done much faster.
