Even many years ago I had to call Etrade, verify my account and ID, and acknowledge my willingness to buy a particular security despite the inherent risk s, and then the broker would place my order for me. I'm going to call soon and see if they're still doing that for no info pinks. I suspect that they are but I haven't asked yet. Just been too damned busy with other things. If they'll allow it then I'll be buying.
