The original HGUE filing was on both the US & Canadian exchanges. After the original delisting Steve never pursued (whole heartedly) relisting on the Canadian exchange. With the latest events I believe the new company ID will be available again to our friends up north. With that said, I would take my thoughts for the worth of a grain of salt!
