Investors have the right to feel fear, frustration and doubt. They also have the right to freely express their feelings about the company and management especially after we went through these past few months.
- HIV BLA Refuse to file letter.
- CD12 mediocre results.
- unprecedented FDA letter that clearly states to the world that this drug did not meet any primary nor secondary endpoint. (It did not)
- obscure HIV BLA situation, we don’t know when where, how it is going to be resubmitted. If it even will be.
- Law suits.
- Stock at sub $2.
Psychologically manipulate yourself however you want, but the above are frustrating facts. I said Facts.
Yes we have another shot in Brazil, and we hope that we prevail, but until then, there is frustration in the air unfortunately. But fortunately, these might be the best opportunity to buy/add. When the stock rocketed to 10 last year, I wished I invested more, sold anything I had and bought more. This is that opportunity.
