Might wish to reread my post, the facts are there. Fact is Davis was named Paranotek CEO in 2017. Mick Davis started signing for Listermann in March 2019. James “Mick” Davis / Davise replaced Listermann as CEO and Chairman of the Board 04/16/19.

Why did Mick Davis not submit disclosures until after almost 3 years? It appears ONLY because the 15c2-11 amendment restricted the ability of market makers to publish quotations for those companies that had not made required current financial and company information available to regulators and investors. Only then did he get in gear, when he determined HE might lose something.

By August 2019, Mick was already threatening Brad, it’s in the Disclosures on OTCMarkets.

*Everyone:, For Pink Limited all that's needed is an annual report dated within the past 16 months, everyone knows that.

Waiting almost 3 years to submit disclosures is the problem created by Mick Davis, that’s why ASTA is currently trading on the EXPERT MARKET.
