Definitely… i did that a while back and my broker got consumed by ally and I just ran with it. I will give etrade a try thanks for the tip guys. I argued with them for a long time and even said I would leave and was told it is a decision across the board made by ally to have it on the restricted list. I don’t even know what to say…
