Oct 29th. Filing of the NT 10-K (15 day extension of the 10-K filing)...I guess not really news, but an official communication. Next communication would be the delayed 10-K on Nov 13th.
However, if they don't respond to the USPTO by Oct 23rd , and the USPTO denies the Trademark for the "Complete Vaccine" I would think that would require an 8-K.
However, there does not seem to be a time limit for filing an 8-K for denial of a Trademark...in other words, it doesn't seem to be an event in Section 1-6 (see link below) that requires a filing 4 business days after the event.
