That could be driving the sentiment, but we would never have enough supply to treat every severe/critical case anyways. So there may be fewer S/C patients, but still more than enough for us to treat.

If this stuff works (and Big Pharma makes another kajillion dollars) then maybe the handcuffs on anyone smaller get loosened.
