remember that as per a fall 2010 PR they were considering changing HQ to San Diego-board did not approve that ,but now HQ officially is Las Vegas-as shown by the Sec of State forms we have seen-doesnt mean they are partying there either-officers of the mining operations have been living in Ensenada area ever since operations began-so probably a simplification and tax saving situation.
Why remain HQ in Houston when incorporated in Nevada-many corporations use Nevada or Delaware or sometimes Florida for the benefits offered by the laws of those states-e.g no income taxes.
