Krilac nothing but bridge for Joe to get to the board ...period!! World Class Management unable to be effective and clearly communicate / update concerned shareholders. I seriously question the BOD why they don't take action. I believe it's a little Country Club and the only mission at this point to "score" and run !! 18 months is another keep quiet carrot. We have not seen any revised business plan or budget 21/22. If an IPO is successful the next concern .....who will be in charge of the funds !!
The goal should be : Class A/B 1:1 , GNBT listed ASAP.
