I agree. I think he is definitely being advised by someone who is good at what they do. These days things seem to be more calculated.IMHO, it is wise not to stack the PR's even minus 13d. Spreading them out offers a larger window to get things done & lends to stability as well. Also allows for contemplation.
Stacking PR's would most likely benefit traders & shorts(pre EUA or approval).
I do understand why you said "seemed controlled". For over a month now, I have asked myself "what changed?" & "why are they so much better at what they do?"
IMHO, these guys & gals are making all the right moves now. Looking forward to the next one. Do not mind waiting when I am confident in those in control.
