I agree with you and the selling part. He should not have, and should have been more patient.
As far as the text showing stunt, I might be comparing apples to oranges but I run an aerospace engineering company with daily dealings with the FAA, and other executives in the industry, presidents and CEOs of multiple companies in the US and abroad, I have never seen this style of management, I don’t agree with it, but that is just my opinion.
