I just called Leah. She said that if you have voted your shares electronically, there is no need to submit a paper ballot. She said she wished that had been said in bold letters in the proxy we received electronically. The thing to take note of is when you voted electronically, that you received a prompt that said you have voted successfully. Nothing more is required beyond that.

Otherwise, Leah is the default for all questions. If your shares are held by a brokerage you may also contact them. If not with a brokerage but held directly with VS as a "record holder" contact Leah directly.
