Don't know how that $12K transaction occurred. I can neither buy nor sell now with Ameriprise. At least I could sell before the 28th. That tells me they are not compliant. If I'm wrong, please let the board know.

Don't know what information they "volunteered" to the SEC but it appears it wasn't what was needed to remain actively traded by the public...bummer.
