I think it is much more simple and mundane as them probably just being investors that lost a ton of money investing on this stock and they are realing from the loss. It is the simplest explanation i can think of for why those bashers want blood. Sometimes it is the simplest explanations that are best, as Sherlock Holmes probably would say. They probably suffered some form of a major loss related to this stock, hence their extreme bitterness. Again this is just my humble opinion in trying to understand the bashers and why they bash 24 hours a day 7 days a week month after month.
Most times in order to defeat your opponent you must first understand them and their motivation.
