Forecasts are based assumptions, math and data. Certainly they can be flawed, but can also be valuable.

And they have been reasonably accurate from what Ive seen.

Obviously a new variant could change everything, but barring that the math says there will be less people without antibodies each day and week that passes. The spread is slowing for this reason IMO.
