Has anyone done the math on the capital raises in this evening's 8-K?
I'm seeing $13.4m raised. The big $10m tranche seems to be related to an offering related to the Emerging Growth pitch.
But, between issuances and exercises. I can't tell you the net change in shares or warrants.
It would be great if someone could work that through and tell me if the deal is better or worse than Fife.
