I emailed OTC Issuer Services. As expected, they would not confirm or deny that Calissio submitted the required documentation or when. However, they did advise that it typically takes them 3-5 business days to review the filings, but that is currently taking a little bit longer as they are catching up on Form 211's. I suspect that this could go "Pink Current" at any moment, as it has already been almost 10 days since the PR. I highly doubt this will take weeks or months before we see something happen. Basically, keep your radar switched on with this. Don't fall asleep at the wheel now.
