There have always been problems otherwise the BLA would have already been submitted. That at best would be 6-10 months out so i ammlazed focused on brazil trials, BTD cancer, Phillipines potential, than 4th on my list would be HIV BLA. I would also love to see them push to add a couple USA trail sites for the severe/critical as they mentioned it a possibility many lives to be saves over here as well.
