Using your logic, then, you would be thrilled to buy at $5/share because it would represent such a great investment.
What is funny, I had been contacted by another investor or two, letting me know they would be interested in "what docj really would pay, or better yet, what Krilac would pay." I guess now we know the answer to the first part, as well as the real "confidence factor" involved.
Thankfully, I have fewer shares than I started with - I took my own advice when NUGX first showed up, and sold the earlier tranche, which I expect somehow slipped through when the CUSIP was changed. Didn't make the $5.00 mark, but got sufficiently over $3 to be satisfied. Still waiting on the explanation for how the CEO would not find out, and then tell shareholders, who it was that started that trading...
And just so we are clear, of course, NUGX shares were no more "free" than the proverbial lunch.
