All good points Lumberg, and I agree that the formation of CLIL sounded good at the time.  However, not a single person knows what terms were negotiated for these concessions, except for William, and now we no longer see them listed on Chilean maps.  Thus, pinning one's hope on concessions that William may already have lost because the terms of the agreement were not met is foolish.  Remember, the bulk of these concessions were not listed on MMTE's financials either.
