Youhou- the conversion is 1-1 at 18 months; the formula is a little more complex between 9-18 months with partial conversion possible. It is meant to make arbitragers think on how to offset their risk. With that said I don't think or believe that the company will willingly screw their long term shareholders. Just my two cents worth.
