So basically GVS I, SRNW , GOFF were sent to the Expert Market because custodian George Sharp didn't have the filing in on time. The filings for all 3 are merely identical and check boxes were omitted on the first page.
Accidently? Done on purpose? Possibly?
I'm still holding 2 of the 3 strong.
Expert Market (Double Black Diamonds) From what I understand, they are not quoted, but still hold their 211 status. OTC Markets can flip them back to Pink Yield/Pink Current in an instant and the major brokerages will allow trading again. Today was a nutshow on the OTC Market. OTC Markets has seriously need to get it together. Just look at DBMM : Skull+Crossbones showing Pink Current Information? WTF is that all about?
Anyways, All those moved over to Expert Market today should be able to trade again as long as they submit 1 disclosure (unaudited financial) for the last 16 months and they turn back to Yield Pink -- trading again. The attorney letter is needed for Pink Current. An easy $3,000 fix.
Very interesting times in the OTC Land recently.
I have zero doubt that George Sharp won't bring his trio to current with mergers. It might take a day or a few months.
