I am not selling (yet), but the not 'over promising' statement is disingenuous to say the least was my point concerning the IND, since several individuals from the company clearly stated it was going in once everything was completed, so news should have come out that it was in, ect..

That's not over promising, that is just stating the fact it has been put in as Krilac stated they had done.
