I dont think its carved in stone that companies that filed must show pink limited or current by Sept 28. that is the deadline date to be eligible to continue to list on otc. so even if were into first week of Oct. many companies who filed and are waiting may not get updated immediately.
this is a very usual circumstance. imho.
