Ok, so let's take the path that they got the exemption and they can move forward with the IPO, how hard is it for them to put out any news on the IPO, the IND or anything else? They have had several months to have news written up on all of this. Several months and they could not have anything written up in this time? Nothing on a 'complete vaccine' that they supposedly had submitted to the FDA?
Generex / NGIO up to May / June was providing some types of updates on what they were doing concerning the work on the 'complete vaccine'. So, we know they were working on it. They were finalizing everything in order to get the IND put into the FDA. They then had the final piece and ready for July. We know also from Joe and others that they were going to put in the IND no later than July. So that gives them the ability to have something written up for 'news' in a PR by now. That should not even be debatable on the subject.
So, if they did get an exemption, where is it?
