If NNLX wanted us to know they would issue an update or PR.
If NNLX wants to comply generically with SEC like other companies -if they told any investor-unless it comes under one of the exceptions to the material info rule- they would have to issue an update or PR within 24 hours.
They obviously dont want to be pressured to give us that information.
