A few notes:
The TBI test takes 3 days for conventional transfer to the lab and analysis. If QMC has developed a POCT reader connected to a DLT based test analysis then the test results could be rapid tests. Readers could be in every doctors office.
If the test is 97 percent accurate, that is way above the FDAs criteria for approval and could be fast tracked especially if the NFL supported the test.
QD are many times more sensitive than gold NP and therefore increase the accuracy of tests.
Before Dr Todd Malan was hired by Innova, he worked for QMC and QMCH. His work on Covid tests included the use of QD, as well as his research on stem cells for neurological and autoimmune diseases and other conditions. I would think there is still a relationship in which QMC supplies Innova with QD for Malan's research and tests and that other Biomeds would also want them.
