I suspect these Emerging conferences are the new evolution of our old conference calls. Maybe NP believes it accomplishes the same info-sharing transparency but to a bigger audience.

Point being, I'm entering into it as if it's one of those CCs. Could be big news, could just be a state-of-the-union update.
