What tiniest detail are you referring too?
Isn't the person who runs your company relevant?
Is election of company officers a tiniest details?
You referred a couple of times, future investors coming back and review this board and see all this "bickering, and what is the bickering about?
It about the competency of the company's current CEO. Hopefully eventually the company will follow it's own Articles of Incorporation.and have a shareholders meeting to elect directors.
This bickering as you call would be very beneficial in making a choice who to vote for. JMHO.
