I think everybody needs a trampoline in their yard. It is free exercise. It is free jumping as much as you like. You can even do flips and stuff if you want to. And if you have a deck, it's like the best jump off landing part.
Just lay on it in the sun or watch the stars at night. Just a thought..
But definitely exercise and a good diet along with a positive mental attitude and hopeful outlook will keep you in good shape.
