Have to remember also, companies they have not updated their OTC Markets page from July 2021 on, do not fall in compliance either.
Some of those companies have no TA, no verified profile. You have to have all of that PLUS file annual reports.
We have TA, verified profile and filed annual reports. We most definitely meet the requirements.
FOR US, TA IS VERIFIED, Profile verified in August 2021. And filed annual reports from 2019 and on and quarterlies for this year. So we should be more than good.
Should go back to FULL PINK Current once OTC approves our latest amendments any day this week.
