I've been saying we'll find out the relevant information when the Proxy and S-1 are complete and published.
When that happens, the company will have a clean slate, and operate freely under SEC rules going forward.
For that reason, as an investor, the question is what wii the company do when it's reorganized, with and without Pasaca?
