One of the videos the 13 D said it had something to do with a bank not giving them the money (50 million ) so they would not qualify for up listing. They said it had to do with NP being a felon. Low blows by the 13 D crew.

Technically nothing is preventing that from happening once we get sales it should not be an issue. We will have the money. Also the 13 D seems to think manipulation of stocks only happens on OTC. Will there be less of it, maybe, but I don’t think up listing should be a priority at this point anyhow. That is of course until we get some money in from EUA in Brazil.
