But seems like cydy has very robust, like 20 year window, patent protection from cytodyn specific disease patents.

I dont think that cydy has approved disease-specific patents for any disease. for sure covid patent is not approved.

how does the fda 12 market exclisivity fit into this? only relevant if it extends the above 20 year disease specific patents?
