In reality, in my view and it might not be worth very much, the 'complete vaccine' will not be the 'thing' in America, but will be the 'thing' overseas. China and Malaysia will be where the 'complete vaccine' makes it or not. That's where the deals are, that's where the money actually is, that's where their future endeavors for actual vaccines will probably be coming from with Swine flu and such.
