Counselor Urbach is certainly a shot across 13(-x)D's bow.
And should it become necessary, she can probably advise us as to whom to hire for a genuine shareholder suit against the 13(-x)D scum. I think it's always nice to hire a tiger who will rip their throats out. Figuratively speaking, of course.
By the way, I refer to the scum as "13(-x)D" because I imagine there will be more rats abandoning their sinking ship, and I'd hate to get used to calling them something like "The Gang of 7" and then have to keep changing their title.
