We've heard for months from the 13D group to vote your shares via the "white card". How many here have actually received any correspondence from them, much less a proxy containing a white card? I know I haven't, nor have any of my family members who also are invested, and we collectively own a mid-level 6 figure share count.

Personally I'm not fretting about any possibility that 13D can muster enough votes to gain a single seat on the BOD. If we haven't been contacted, and we own a not insignificant amount of shares, where are they going to get enough votes to get anyone elected if they've skipped shareholders such as us?

We know where our votes are going and it will be wholeheartedly for the CYDY proposed Directors. What's imperative, to be safe, is for every one of us who know other investors to encourage, if not implore, them to actually vote rather than simply ignoring their proxies when they arrive, either electronically or via snail mail. And most importantly, vote for the CYDY proposed Directors!
