Your #3 you are right, we don't know their full intentions and what ever those intentions are, we don't know if they will follow through with them so my....
#4 would be, we see what they've done already so we will not know their full intentions til they get voted in.
So, based on what they've already shown us in their PR's doesn't mean squat as they won't make their HONEST intentions known until they're in and I wouldn't vote for them based on their abstract or history of what they already done so IMO, it's easy to see that if holders vote them in, the past isn't indicative of what they'll do as we all know they can't be trusted either as shareholders or BOD's. Simple isn't it?
